Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling service with Yard & Scooping Services, you agree to these terms. We provide residential and commercial pet waste removal, yard deodorizing, and basic lawn care services in American Fork, UT, and surrounding areas.

2. Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe access to the yard on scheduled service days. Gates must be unlocked or a code/key provided. If we cannot access the yard due to a locked gate, aggressive dog, or other obstruction, you may still be charged for the visit.

3. Weather Policy

We work in most weather conditions, including rain and light snow. However, in cases of severe weather, lightning, or heavy snow accumulation that buries the waste, we may need to postpone or cancel a visit. If a visit is skipped due to weather, we will clean up the accumulated waste on the next scheduled visit.

4. Payments and Billing

Services are billed according to your selected plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time). Payment is due upon completion of one-time services or on the agreed billing cycle for recurring plans. We reserve the right to pause service for unpaid balances.

5. Cancellations

We do not require long-term contracts. You may cancel your recurring service at any time by notifying us. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any specific visit cancellations to avoid being charged for that visit.

6. Liability

Yard & Scooping Services takes great care to secure gates and respect your property. We provide a gate-closure photo after each visit. However, we cannot be held responsible for pets that escape or damage to property that is not directly caused by our negligence.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
